With over 30 years of combined experience in early childhood education, Shawna and Jill recognized a growing need for quality preschools and childcare in North Idaho. Driven by their passion and desire to create a safe, nurturing environment that honors God, they founded Little Explorers Learning Academy.
Their mission is to provide a well-rounded, hands-on education through play. Learning through play helps children develop higher-order skills such as creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. We believe this approach supports each child’s emotional, physical, social, and spiritual growth.
